North Bridge Staffing Group (NBSG) tasked us with creating a new brand identity – from logo to website – that would better reflect the professional, urban image the firm sought to project. Once the new identity was developed, NBSG requested we write a press release announcing the unveiling of their award-winning new brand.
The identity we created for NBSG set them apart in the staffing and recruiting industry. The logo, and its application to a distinctively-styled business card/letterhead/envelope series that incorporated subtle graphic background elements, created a strong, unique brand unlike any other.
The new Web site featured NBSG’s new “look,” using colors such as deep blues and silvers, and incorporating urban imagery. The site gained a more sophisticated appearance and better identifies with its metropolitan target audience.
Finally, we wrote straightforward copy to appeal to the company’s target audience – business owners, human resource managers and personnel directors for companies of all sizes, and employment candidates for positions with those companies.

The new Web site was honored with the American Staffing Association’s Best Website Award for an Independent Staffing Company for 2004.
